The applicant selects the option “Premium Delivery” while scheduling his or her appointment on Yatri website or by calling the call center. The applicant may register up to four additional people who will be authorized to receive their passport at their home/office address. They will be required to show to the courier an official government-issued photo ID and sign for the documents. An applicant may request a refund if he or she pays for premium delivery, and MBE does not deliver the document. Refunds for premium delivery fees timeframe may vary, and MBE will retain a service charge of US $1.50.
